You must have the right to upload the conversation you upload. It contains another person’s words and name, and they have not agreed to anything. That choice is yours, and you answer for it.

Do not upload conversations obtained without permission, or that you are not entitled to share.

The reading is not therapy, not counselling, not legal or medical advice, and not a diagnosis — of you, of the other person, or of the relationship. It is an interpretation written by a language model from the text you gave it.

It can be wrong. It can miss context it never saw. Do not make a decision that matters — about a relationship, your health, or anyone’s safety — because a generated page said so. If you are in distress or in danger, contact a professional or your local emergency services.

Your reading is private by default and lives at a link only you have. If you share that link, whoever holds it can read it — that is your choice, not ours. You can delete a reading at any time.

The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always finish an analysis, or produce a particular result. We may change or stop features.

If and when a paid unlock is offered, the price and what it unlocks are shown before you pay. Purchases made inside the iOS app are handled by Apple and follow Apple’s refund process; purchases on the web are handled by our payment provider. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers apply where the law gives them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of a reading, including decisions you or anyone else takes because of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or intent and gross negligence.

Italian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory protections and the courts of your place of residence in the EU remain available to you.
